While I specialize in working with couples, I also find my work with individuals to be deeply rewarding. I believe that creating a safe environment to explore unexpressed thoughts and feelings is a necessary first step in healing. Further, based on my experience with meditation and yoga, I know that awareness and radical acceptance can paradoxically bring forth profound change. From my background in philosophy and Jungian imagery, I believe in holding the space open for an individual to explore themselves down to their deepest depths and up to their most brilliant potential.
